Suboxone and Vivitrol Addiction Treatment — We Come to You

Suboxone and Vivitrol are evidence-based medication options that can support recovery from opioid and alcohol use disorders when prescribed and monitored by a qualified medical provider.

At NP On Call, we make treatment more accessible by bringing care directly to you—whether you’re at home, in an assisted living setting, a group home, or another facility across Maryland.

What is Suboxone?

Suboxone is a prescription medication (buprenorphine/naloxone) commonly used as part of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder.

It can help reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms so patients can focus on long-term recovery, stability, and overall wellness.

Your provider will evaluate your history, current symptoms, and goals to determine whether Suboxone is appropriate and safe for you.

It is administered on a schedule determined by your clinician and is typically used as part of a broader treatment plan that may include counseling, support services, and ongoing follow-ups.
